Group Sessions max at 3 hours & 20 participants OR minimum 1 hour & 5 participants. If additional time is needed, please mention desired length of time of the request form. Group session price is based on group size and requested length of time.

Group sessions must be paid for in full prior to the scheduled event, to confirm the group session. Regularly scheduled sessions are available and highly recommended! All sessions require a non-refundable $50 donation to reserve the requested date and time. The remaining balance will be billed once the group size and legth of session time has been confirmed. The $50 non-refundable deposit can be paid via check, cash or online invoice. Online invoices will be sent within 48hours of request.

Group sessions will be scheduled based on availability, group size and requested length of time. Please allow up to two days for a reply.

Invoicing will go out once a month for monthly payments. Any late invoices will be charged a $25 late payment fee. If payment is not received withing 3 calendar days of the invoice due date, your group sessions will be cancelled, and the group will be removed from the calendar. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or via online invoice. Any bounced check will result in a $25 bounced check fee. If a check is mailed, it MUST be sent via certified mail and received by the 25th day of each month to reserve the requested spot. The invoice must be paid in full prior to the group session date. No refunds will be provided.

Changing the number of participants in a scheduled group session, Healing with Equine Essence must be contacted TWO business days prior to the scheduled session. Additional participants will be invoiced at the same rate as other participants. Rescheduling group sessions is subject to calendar availability, and not always guaranteed. No refunds will be provided.

In the event of severe weather, where it will not be safe to attend the outdoor ranch location of Healing with Equine Essence, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost to the group/client.

Should a group/client wish to cancel the confirmed session, it must be done by 12:00noon the day prior to the scheduled group session time. The $50 deposit, if paid, can be used to reserve 1 rescheduled visit. This rescheduled visit is subject to the calendar availability of Healing with Equine Essence and not guaranteed. Best efforts will be made.

Clients who book beneficial monthly group sessions will be invoiced once per month. Payments for the months sessions will be due on the 25th calendar day of each month. If payment is not received within 3 calendar days of the invoice, all future sessions will be cancelled, no refund will be given and your timeslot will be forfeited. Client will be placed on the Healing with Equine Essence waitlist.

To cancel or reschedule a group session, Healing with Equine Essence must be contacted by 12:00noon the day prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations without proper notice result in full charge for the group session.

If a group is going to be more than 15minutes late to a confirmed group session, Healing with Equine Essence must be notified via phone/email or the session will be forfeited, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be given. A credited reschedule may be negotiable, subject to calendar availability, and not guaranteed.

NO REFUNDS FOR A NO CALL/NO SHOW. Full amount will be charged. Two consecutive No Call/No Shows will result in termination from scheduling any future events. No refund will be provided.

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in termination of beneficial scheduled group sessions. Healing with Equine Essence reserves the right to dismiss a group or amend the group session requirements/rules at any time with or without notice.
